The number of photos will depend on the size of the property, the number of rooms ready, any amenities in the building, etc. It not unusual to receive 25-30 images from your shoot.
You are paying for up to 45 minutes on site. Beyond that, our shoots go to an hourly rate.
Some of our clients have been with us from the beginning. Others come and go. We always get comments like "great photos" or "incredible pictures." The best compliment we receive is by word of mouth referrals.
Via e-mail you receive images that are one megapixel (1,280 pixels wide at 300 dpi) wide. This size is great for web sites, newspaper, and small-image colour printing. Full-size images are uploaded to Dropbox or Google Drive. If you use a graphic designer, we can send them to them directly as well.
For our regular clients, we do work weekends. Why not become a regular client?
In post production we use Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Lightroom is an Adobe product that we use for processing raw files. For video we use Adoble Premiere Pro and After Effects.
If they were shot before 5pm, you will receive them some time that night barring any unforeseen circumstances. It is usually first in, first out.
You do not necessarily need to be present, but if you know there will be some challenges with rooms and general home cleanliness, an extra pair of hands is always a help. Other than that, we just need to know how we will be accessing the property.
We generally shoot properties only, however, one of our photographers specializes in headshots. We occasionally do event shoots for existing clients that benefit the community. Also, we have a large amount of stock local and international images. Currently, we have images from European countries such as France, Italy, Germany, Malta and the Czech Republic. We also have images from Sydney, Australia.
